Returns Policy:
No questions asked – easy returns!
If you're not fully satisfied, you can return unused items in original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery. No hassle, no explanations needed.
Please note:
Items marked non-returnable at the time of order aren’t eligible.
Customized items are not returnable or exchangeable.
We want you to shop with confidence and peace of mind!
Cancellation Policy:
- Need to cancel? You can do so before your product goes in for processing. We'll refund your entire order amount hassle-free.
Eligibility for Returns:
- You have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You need to provide a digital order receipt or proof of purchase.
- Custom items are not eligible for return.
- Important: Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please Note:
- Ensure your product(s) are returned in the same condition as shipped. Refunds will not be provided for products showing signs of wear and tear.
Shipping Costs:
- Kindly note that both forward and return shipping costs are to be borne by you, our valued customer. Our commitment to offering true wholesale rates requires us to maintain narrow profit margins.
Damages & Issues:
- Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item received is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Minor Imperfections Disclaimer:
We strive to deliver high-quality linen products that meet hotel-grade standards. However, due to the nature of textile items and bulk packaging, very minor imperfections such as:
A loose thread here and there
A small speck of dust
A light mark that disappears with a gentle rub or in the first wash
These are not considered defects and do not affect the functionality or usability of the product.
If you still feel the need to return the item for such a reason, no worries—we’re happy to help! You can return it at your cost, and once we receive it, we’ll send a fresh replacement free of charge, including shipping.

Refunds Process:
- The refund process takes approximately 7 business days from the product(s) being picked up to the refund being credited.
- Once we receive your item and inspect it, we'll notify you of the refund status.
- Refunds will be initiated minus shipping charges (if any) to your chosen payment method.
